What are the shipping times for your products ?
We take 2-5 days to process your order and 5-10 days to deliver it.
Do you ship worldwide ?
We ship within the EU, and some international countries.
Where does your product come from ?
Our offices are located in Paris. Our logistics warehouse is located in Tremblay-en-France.
Do you provide tracking information ?
Yes, you just have to wait 5 days after your order and ask us by email at contact.playshop@gmail.com.
What happens if my order is missing items ?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.

I still haven't received my order. Why the delay ?
We apologize for the delay. International shipments sometimes take longer than expected due to customs formalities. However, you can track your order and see its status at any time. Do you have a refund policy ?
We refund orders that have not yet been shipped.
No refunds are accepted while the package is being delivered.
